Mark your calendar for Saturday October 10 from 1:00pm to 3:00pm. It is the opening of “Differences Appreciated”. This show will be a treat for all ages. It is a cross section of the work of “ the Five L's”.
They are Linda, Lori, Leanna and Lyla who are all sisters and their aunt Liz. Lori and Liz have been painting for most of their adult lives. Leanna, Linda and Lyla however are relative newcomers to the arts and have only been painting seriously for the past few years. They obviously have inherited a family trait as you will see when you come down to view this exceptional display of local talent. Their media of choice is acrylics on canvas but the variety of subject matter is anything from fairies and flowers to antiques and monochromatic still lives. See you Saturday to meet the artists and enjoy their show.
Don't forget you can also visit our gift shop to find that special little hand made something that you have been looking for and just can't find anywhere.
Attention all crafty people!!!! The Pictograph Gallery is gearing up for it's annual Christmas Market. Keep it in mind. We will be holding the Market from November 6 to December 14. So start stockpiling your saleable items. Dust off those knitting needles and stitchery hoops and start crafting. Christmas is fast approaching. Keep posted for more details.
